I got messed up!

So last night, I took a very hard spill while I was riding around. Thought I dislocated my shoulder and Jeremy tried to set it back in. He couldn't, so he put me in a cab and I went to the hospital. After 4 hours and some x-rays, and no help. I got up and left. Came home slept and drove myself to another hospital this morning. After 2 hours some more x-rays. Turns out that I tore all the cartilage and ligaments in my left shoulder. So far this week is turning out to be the worst week ever. Lost my job of 3 years, and now I'm in a sling laid up on my couch. No job and one arm down. Whats next?
