Clif Shot Bloks!

Now I am not really a big fan of gummy treats. But when I was handed a package of Cliff Bloks I was surprised. These little square blocks taste great and are filled with a bunch of carbs and caffeine. So you can get your fast back! Read about them..

Nathan's Power Shower

So after last weekends Call To Cranks. I had the pleasure to see these little things in action. For only about 5 bucks a 10pack you get to smell good for the rest of the day or in most cases the night. Simply get all stinky and sweaty on your bike, then pull one of them out and wipe yourself down. And you will be left feeling and smelling Power Fresh!! Just like you stepped out of the shower! So no need to worry next time your out on the town and smelling like the locker room in your high school gym. Because you just took yourself a Nathan's Power Shower!!!

Call To Cranks 2009

What a great time we all had this weekend. Mad props to Jarad and Kelli (Heart Of Gold Clothing) for putting together a great 3 days of bicycle insanity!! Well 2 solid days at least. Dam rain. I am torn between what I liked best about the weekend. Was it the rain, the race, the ketchup, the polo? I really don't know. But all I have to say is that I had an amazing time. I was so glad to see the turnout of out of towners. I met so many awesome people. These events are great times and are always a ton of fun. This is the kind of stuff that needs to happen more and more. Click here and checkout some pictures from the race and polo. Congrats to Jeremy[TC] for taking the victory!

Weather Who Cares

So, I have heard over the last few days countless people complaining about weather. OK! I get it. It rains alot in South Florida. There's nothing we can do to change it. Water doesn't hurt you!!! Neither does wind. It just makes you a stronger rider, I believe. Anyway. Stop moaning and groaning about mother natures attack on the South. It will all be gone in a couple of months and back to normal. At least we don't live in a dessert and have to eat sand everyday when we get on our machines.

Also Jared over at Heart Of Gold has put alot of effort into the upcoming weekend. And I have seen some post on other boards with people commenting on changing the start time of the race, due to weather. Well fuck that!! Stop being a big baby and stop trying to change the world of bicycles. Shut your mouths, be at Holiday Park at 2pm or earlier, and plan on starting at 3pm.

Ft. Lauderdale Bicycle Registration

Here's a link to info about Ft Lauderdale's Bicycle Registration. It only cost a dollar!
