Made out of natural leather, they fit most bikes and can easily be slid back and fourth on the top tube when not needed. I have been using one for the last few weeks. And kinda dig it. It is padded very well with thicker leather. They secure with 2 wire ties. And can be removed any time with some wire cutters. They are available in black and white.
