Markham Park!

Angel and I went out to Markham Park this past Saturday. It was my second time riding the trails, and I have to say I was a lot better this time around. Must haves when adventuring at Markham: Camel Back!! Helmet!! Shin guards!!! And No Hangover!! I was able to hang with Angel the whole time and he had me going down expert trails. I did how ever take a spill down some hill. One thing I have learned is, just flow with it. If you stop and look down the hill, your not going to have good results.

Highlight of the day. We saw an accident were a girl had looked like she broke her nose. They were off to the side of the trail when Angel and myself approached. We had asked if everyone was ok. And the first response we got was. "Dude. That's an awesome beard"
