The 2009 Tour de France is starting this Saturday, July 4. This year is sure to be freaking awesome. The race will start off tomorrow with a 15.5km time trail. Then followed on Sunday with a 187km stage through Monaco to Brignoles. Lance Armstrong is back. And ready to take his 8th victory in this grueling 23 day 21 stage race.
